🎉 Altrusa International of Martinsville-Henry County is thrilled to have recently donated 100 books to MHC Partners for Children! 📚 These books were handed out at the exciting Summer Bash event at the YMCA. Each child received a literacy bag packed with a book and other fun summer items.

The donation of these books was made possible by a generous grant from the Altrusa International Foundation.

MHC Partners for Children has several fantastic events planned to combat summer learning loss. Up next is the “Week of Reading,” where members of Altrusa MHC will volunteer to read to children. 📖✨ We greatly appreciate our community partners. 🌈
